Sales Manager, Wholesale Distribution

As Sales Manager, Wholesale Distribution for Bison Metals Technologies, Ray Shivers drives the market directive for growth opportunities that deliver profitability, market share, and channel penetration in the HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration markets.  Mr. Shivers has more then 20 years of experience in generating organic sales from existing customers, while developing new business avenues for target expansion in the United States and abroad.

Before joining Bison Metals in December 2020, Ray held various sales roles as Sales Development Manager, Southwest Regional Sales Manager, and District Sales Manager for companies such as Poloplast America, John Guest USA, Inc., and Columbus McKinnon Corporation.  Mr. Shivers prior employment in the copper tube market was with Cerro Flow Products as National Sales Manager in the Plumbing/HVAC Division and Regional Sales Manager for the Latin America Market.

Mr. Shivers graduated from Northeast Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Science and has completed courses focused on strategic and account management from South Methodist University.  Ray enjoys speaking and reading Spanish after completing courses from the Berlitz Language School.

Ray calls Allen, Texas home with his wife.  When not working, Ray enjoys playing drums, serving in our church and community, and spending time with his children.
