Director, Finance

Brandi Dice joined the Bison Metals Technologies family in August of 2021 as the Director of Finance. She is charged with overseeing the accounting staff, day-to-daytransactions, and identifying solutions to any issues that may arise. All while preparing reports on the company’s financial status to assist in making important decisions about future investments or budgets accordingly.

Brandi holds an associate degree in Science from Seminole State College and bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics/Actuary from East Central University.

Mrs. Dice started her finance and accounting career in Tribal Government working for the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, which she is a member of. She then took her first position within the copper industry as the General Ledger Cost Accountant for Shawnee Tubing Industries. She left the industry in 2019 and she went back into tribal accountingfor a few years, working for Finley & Cook CPA as a Grant Accountant, before accepting an offer to return to copper manufacturing as the Finance Director for Bison Metals Technologies.

Mrs. Dice lives in Seminole, Oklahoma with her husband Scott and their elementary age daughter. When not working, she enjoys traveling, watching her daughter dance and play sports, and spending time with her family and friends.
